I bought this as it would have cost 60 quid for replacement controllers. The tool kit is great and made the job so much easier! The ribbon cable clips threw me for a minute, but I got both left and right sticks replaced in less than 20 minutes. Worth the money.

The replacement joy-cons worked like a charm and did exactly what it was advertised for. Haven’t seen any issues with them currently. The only issue I had was being sent the wrong screw drive but I bought another and they even asked if I wanted a free one to be sent to me. Customer service is very good. Overall I am very happy with the results for someone who has never opened up a switch controller I was fine even if some of it was a little tricky.

Tools of very poor quality, the triwing screwdrivers don't fit so it's not possible to use them to open the joycon. So the rest of the kit is useless. I managed to buy a triwing that does work and can now confirm that the joycon spare part itself does work OK after installing. So save yourself money and buy the one that doesn't come with useless tools.

A nice cheap alternative to buying new joycons. No instructions, but it’s a pretty simple job if you’ve done anything similar before, and it’s easy to find instructions online. The big let down on this was the screw driver which is not fit for purpose and ended up stripping the heads off the screws. I can’t fault the rest of the kit, but would definitely recommend getting a better quality screwdriver as I've had to tape my joy in back together after stripping the heads off most of the screws holding the case together.

Highly recommended! The kit is really good and contains everything you need to replace your joycons. I had some trouble unscrewing the tri wing screws on the back of the controller and ended up stripping one (if you accidently do this, use a flathead screwdriver to get the screw out) so I suggested they add a few spare screws in the kit and they say they will take that on board. Really nice to see they are taking feedback into concern and improving the product.

Bought this item 07 Jan. Installation was easy enough, no problems there - but I bought two replacement sticks for a reason. Only one of the replacement sticks worked after installation. Tested this stick in the other joycon and it didn't work there either. The working replacement worked in both joycons. So - it's not a problem with the joycons, but with the faulty replacement stick. Contacted Cemobile through their email (08 Jan), which is given on a card with the product. No reply, or any goodwill shown. If you buy this product, there may be a chance that the replacement sticks just straight up do not work - be aware of that.

Seems great to me. the kit is fantastic. The tweezers in particular are great. It's a fiddly job, but it works just fine and I feel no difference. If it doesn't last as long, I'm ok with that so long as nintendo hold up with the promise of free replacement in the uk.

Ho seguito diverse istruzioni online, ma i cacciaviti non funzionano, ho dovuto forzare i telecomandi, ho montato i pezzi di ricambio ma alla fine non sono riuscita a far funzionare i telecomandi e li ho comprato nuovi

Magnifique, mon colis et arrivée ! Je déchante très vite, la première manipulation à réaliser, soit démonter le cache arrière de la manette est impossible car le tournevis fournis ne correspond pas au pas de vis du joycon. Conseil, ajouter quelques euros pour une autre offre plus sérieuse !
