6 Pack Socket Sticky Adhesive Replacement Kit

Great product. I liked how well this product sticks. It is better than the original that came whit the pod socket. A few days a go I bought a pod socket for my daughter and 24 hours later it lost its stickiness. I replace it with this adhesive and works great. It is very easy to install and the pack has 6 adhesives. I recomend it because you save money

I am a popsocket user. When my popsocket broke I wanted to keep the top but needed a new base. I got a new popsocket with a top design I could switch out but it did not stay stuck to my phone. Either it was a knockoff or an old stock popsocket that was no longer as tacky. Anyway, I purchased these adhesives to use on the popsocket and I was really surprised. The bond is great. I had to make one adjustment but since then it has held on securely. I am really comfortable that the bond is secure and actually am surprised that it works so well.

I am very picky with my popsockets so I was devastated when my popsocket started falling off my phone (the pain and agony of finding just the right design I wanted was still fresh in my mind). This 6 pack of stickies is much more cost effective than the effort of finding and purchasing yet another pop socket. Keep in mind that these are NOT the popsocket brand stickies. For one, the sticker is less the traditional sticker and more a thin foam sheet in the general shape and size of a popsocket base (possibly just a hair smaller in the full base of the popsocket, but not something I notice when using it from day to day). As other reviewers have mentioned, this is an opaque gray adhesive (versus the thinner clear adhesive sticker that comes with the popsockets). This is not a problem for me because the base of the popsocket completely covers it so it's not as if I can see it (but I see that other reviewers have been horrified by this). But the most obvious difference between this adhesive (and the original) for me was that this one actually appears to be a STRONGER adhesive! I remember when I first installed my popsocket (using the original adhesive), it actually popped off shortly after adhering (and then also whenever the weather was exceptionally hot out and melted the adhesive). It wasn't a big deal for me at the time because I just stuck it right back on and it would seem to stay for another few weeks. I figured this was just because my phone case was a rougher surface so perhaps the adhesive wasn't adhering as well and it was just something I would have to live with. This adhesive has taught me that I was settling! Since applying it 2 wks ago, it has not slipped off at all (not even once)! I have yet to test it during the hottest summer months (not quite there yet), but for me, this is a phenomenal bonus! Although I suppose this may also mean you need to be a bit more careful when initially applying as there's a possibility this also means you will have difficulty re-adjusting the position. (I have no idea what I'm going to do when I want to change phone cases and have to unattach my pop socket) TLDR; I love these replacement adhesives. Not identical, but close enough and a stronger adhesive.

Got these for my pop sockets and things, and I am extremely impressed. It's been over a year and it didnt budge at all. Went to change my pop socket on my phone because it was so old, well used, that it finally broke, and I couldn't even get it off, the adhesive held up that well. Definitely recommend!

So far so good !! Love the fact that I could reuse my pop socket that fell off my phone after two years . No need to throw away a perfectly good pop socket and be able to attach with these double sided tapes . Cleaned surface well with alcohol , let dry and attached tape to pop socket and then press onto phone . I did keep pressure for approximately three minutes and set aside overnight. Perfect so far . I do recommend

When I put my Popsocket on my phone, the indentions that hold the decorative section to the base were lined up in a way that caused it to come apart. A lot. Once I learned how it worked, I decided to try to reapply the base. Hint: it was difficult to remove the base from my phone case. We had to use a knife and cut through the foam that is between 2 sticky parts. Once we then pulled the sticky off we were easily able to apply one of these new pads to the back of the base and apply it to the phone case without the pop out part attached, so that I could see the direction of the indentions that allow it to be removed. After waiting the recommended minimum time, I then attached the pop-out section. I DID NOT try to open or hold the pop-socket until the second amount of time listed. I used it gently and tenderly for the 48 hours until it was "completely adhered." Now I use it normally and it does not come apart without intention anymore. I am thankful for this wonderful product.
