we purchased your solar lights last year and they worked beautifully - however over the winter they stopped working (possibly lack of sun). However, with all the sun in recent days they are still not working. Weve checked and cannot find any reason for their non function. What can we do please

Lovely, bright, multi coloured flashing lights, with multiple settings. They are working well after a months use, and are good value for money. Would recommend.

Haven’t had a chance to put them up yet. But could really do with an user manual or picture of one as what the buttons do. Especially the time/off and timer function. It doesn’t come in the box even though in the description it says it does in one place and then in another it doesn’t. (To the manufacturer it would be helpful). From what I’ve seen they are bright and clear,I will update when there up and in use

Early days, but so far these are great lights - look/feel robust and easy to set up/use - so much so that I've now ordered the multi-colour set too (my wife likes coloured lights although I prefer cool white!). The video tutorial's a bonus, especially with no written instructions in the pack. My only (minor) concern is that (just 2) control buttons shown on the video are different to mine, which have additional ones for timer, mode, etc, and aren't obvious/conventional. But with a bit of time I'll be able to sort that out; all we need now is sufficient sunshine to keep them powered up......currently snowing!

I was so excited to receive these lights. I have other solar powered ones for around the front of the house and they're my favourite part of coming home after work around Christmas... But alas, got these out the box today and there are snapped bits of wire and bits that aren't attached at all meaning that the lights don't work. The ones before the snap still work but everything after just doesn't. They were very tightly packed so not sure if a wire has just come loose but totally unusable now. The technology looks really cool and easy to use, and comes with a remote control and all the things to be able to attach the solar panels. Loads of different settings to choose from. I have contacted the manufacturer and am currently awaiting a reply from them. Edit - still no reply from the manufacturer. Will probably just return via Amazon. Was 2 stars because the technology seemed cool, if the lights hadn't arrived broken, but unfortunately absolutely no correspondence from company. Amazon have resolved the issues for them so now this item is 1 star.

I have bought this item on a lot of occasions and they work for ages and are weatherproof. No batteries required. Fully solar and a good price too.

These are fantastic this is two packs and I can’t fault them they are brilliant and as you can see by the photo they look amazing. Wil be buying more for more areas of my garden

Good product although with a full charge lights lasts 2-3 hours

Haben diese Lichterkette unter dem Verdeck von unserem Pavillon befestigt. Sie fangen an zu leuchten, sobald es dunkel wird. Sieht sehr gemütlich aus. Die Länge ist auch perfekt dafür. Würde sie wieder kaufen.

1 nuit et ça ne fonctionne déjà plus

Des petites lampes toutes mignonnes, qui fonctionnent du couché du jour jusqu'à au petit matin. C est la première fois que j ai des lampes solaires qui fonctionnent aussi longtemps, elles sont le long de la terrasse et font un effet boeuf.
