UPVC Door Flag Hinge Avocet MT3D Mini Triad Adjustable For Double Glazing Doors (White pack of 3)

Replaced some old failed butt hinges on my conservatory patio doors. Found the best way to do this was to replace one hinge at a time so I could leave the other hinges in place to support the door while I installed the new hinge. Just requires you to lift the door on and off the hinges every time you change one.Before installing I adjusted the hinges to half way to give me plenty of left and right movement for adjusting when installed.Make sure you have a good 4mm and 3mm metal drill bit for the locating post holes on the hinge and for the screws you are using. Also you can use the template in the pack to get your holes exactly where you need them. With the new hinges and the uPVC cleaned up it has given my conservatory a new lease of life.They look great and work great, much nicer than the old hinges and 3 hinges each side support the door really well. There’s plenty of adjustment which allowed me to perfectly align the doors.

Great fit. Ordered yesterday afternoon and here this morning. Took around an hour to replace Had to drill two fresh holes on door to allow for locating pins, all other holes lined up perfectly. Gladly recommend these. Under £20 and door no longer sagging.

Not a quick fix, but good quality parts.

Bought these to replace the hinges on my conservatory doors. The doors were becoming difficult to close and misalligned with no adjustment left. I fitted these onto the doors and was able to cover where the old hinges were. I used self drilling screws which went through the UPVC doors with ease, Fitment was easier than expected and the amount of adjustment on these is way more than the old type. The hinges have now been on the doors for 9 months and the Doors shut perfectly every time . Very happy with this product

I bought a set about 6 months ago and did a bad job with alignment and decided to order again and start from scratch few days ago. (1 hinge was damaged beyond repair)Others are selling 1 for the same price of these 3!The adjustments on this are fantastic and I have my door finally open and closing smoothly.A tip for anyone who attempts this as DIY: set all the adjustments to about half way for both horizontal and vertical BEFORE fitting. This means you will have adjustments in both ways once fitted. They come fully tightened.

Good hinges and worked well for my purpose. The offset cam adjustment arrangement is just cheap plastic, but no problems with the lateral or height adjustment. It's basically a 2D hinge with a one-time chance to adjust the offset cam.But don't but from warehouse! There's a set of 3 being advertised, but only 1 hinge turns up. Clearly someone has kept 2 in the past, returned one and Dunfermline have checked it in as a set of 3. I imagine this set going round and round being returned every time..

This was exactly what I needed after one of my door hinges broke. As it was a pack of 3, I replaced both hinges, and now my door locks easier.One note is that the depth of the hinge is not 20mm, closer to 10, which is what I wanted. All the other measurements seem correct.

Brought to retro fit on to a set of French doors. Great value for price and even though not a direct fit with old hinges, went on with a few changes. Easy to adjust the hinges to square doors off. A great quality product
