Eliminated black aphids infection on my cherry trees
Green Lacewing eliminated the black aphids infection on my cherry trees, it took about 2 weeks to see the effect. VERY IMPORTANT NOTE. Some of the eggs can be attached to the paper bag where the eggs come, so make sure to put the "empty" bag also hanging from a branch so all the lacewings finish in your garden. Some weeks after administration I was able to see some Green Lacewings around my garden.

Not one egg hatched!?!?!
Nothing! Not one egg hatched. I’ve checked every day for weeks for any sign of life. If I could give a 0 rating I would. To get a refund I need to repackage/take to a UPS store. Ugh!!!!

No more aphids
I was a bit worried and nervous from all the reviews but was desperate because my roses and vegetables were covered in aphids. I've tried neem oil and other sprays but nothing was able to get rid of them so I decided to give these guys a try. When they arrived I was relieved to find this little guy moving around. I wasn't sure if the rest of the eggs were hatching or if it was even working but I kept checking my roses and there are no aphids in sight. Usually the buds would be covered in aphids. You may not be able to see them in action but they're silently at work. If you keep checking your plants and don't see any pests but you haven't done anything, then it is working.

Variable Quality
I have purchased these twice now. The first time, I was met with great success and the larvae beat back a significant indoor aphid infestation. The second time, however, the eggs were essentially duds. I think I saw a total of 5 hatched larvae and after a week there has been no impact on the infestation. I'm not sure if the seller would be willing to replace the most recent order.

???
Have not seen a single lacewing in my garden. Slight reduction in spider mite population, but I can't tell if that is because of the extreme heat we've endured this summer and the thousands of ladybugs I also released at the same time... a couple months ago.

Seems to work
The lacewings seem to have worked in my garden. Hardley any bugs this year. Happy with this shipment.

worked better than ladybugs, stuck around longer!
For years we used ladybugs to combat aphids and other garden pests. When our ladybugs all flew away after one day in our green house, we tried these lacewings. We were blown away by how many aphids they got rid of. Several months later, we have aphids and other pests again, so it may be more useful to spend your money getting several small batches of lacewings over time than spending a lot on a one time huge batch like we did. They are tiny, hard to see, and come with very easy to understand instructions and little parchment paper bags that you pour them into and set around your garden or clip to various plants to help the lacewings disperse. Easy, we used paperclips and the bags and lacewings were light weight enough to clip to zucchini and pepper plant leaves without weighing them down. We will be using these again for sure.

Larvae did not hatch in the expected numbers.
I was disappointed that the larva were far fewer than the 2,500 that were expected. Aphid infestation continued and I had to use conventional means to remedy the situation. I would appreciate a refund.
