How can I get mold out of inside of walls and shutters?

I had a similar playhouse when my daughter was little. There were little holes in each piece. I can't remember if there were plugs covering it or not, but I just poured bleach on the inside , laid it outside for it to soak, flipped it over after a few hours, and then rinsed it out with water. :) Hope this helps.

Can my 3yr old fit her tiny furnitures inside/decorate & freely move around?

There is not a LOT of room inside the playhouse. I suggest you use the dimensions given for the playhouse, setup the toy furniture within the given area and judge for yourself. She could certainly "decorate" the walls, windows, etc.

Can you get replacement parts?

Yes ... step2 customer service was great in helping me get a replacement door when the one it came with was damaged... also their website has a page where you can order replacement parts for their products.

Would it be ok for a 5 & 6 yr old?
