Cure Hydration - Electrolyte Drink Powder Berry Pomegranate 14 Packets

These little packets are incredibly convenient - slip into a lunch box or purse easily, no pre-measuring when you’re already carrying a water bottle. They make hydration and electrolyte supplementation easy - they’re not overly sweet nor chemical tasting. I don’t find the coconut water flavor to be overpowering and the flavor is not very salty like I find Pedialyte to be. After trying several other hydration/electrolyte supplements, Cure is the winner for me. Flavors I have loved are the Berry Pomegranate, Lemonade, Strawberry Lemonade (labeled for kids but the electrolyte profile is very similar), grapefruit, and fruit punch. Of all of them, grapefruit is only very mildly salty to me but still good. Bonus is that the ingredients are very clean and the electrolyte profile is actually quite good for such a little packet! I have POTS and I have noticed an improvement in my symptoms increasing my sodium and fluid intake with these alone. And, if you have a FSA/HSA, these are eligible for reimbursement which not all hydration/electrolyte drinks are. Big win for my health and water consumption here!

I’ve really enjoyed these electrolyte drink mixes. They dissolve easily, taste clean without being overly sweet, and are great for staying hydrated after workouts or being out in the heat. I also like that they’re made with simple ingredients and don’t contain a lot of the artificial additives found in many sports drinks. They’re definitely more expensive than some other options, but for me the ingredient quality makes the extra cost worth it.
