**Q: does this bag come in womens?**
A: As stated this Bag is called Twitch-Duffel Bag Purple-MEN so I don't think this is suitable for the female gender.

**Q: Does it have any extra pockets?**
A: Not outside, but two open net pockets inside. Each has the size of a hand. So more to just prevent small stuff from flying around.
