    Used twice, and the ring binder broke,

Having used this product twice, with a maximum of 5 pieces of work, the screw that keeps the ring binder attached to the portfolio case came off. I contacted the seller, explaining that the ring binder was already loose, and had now broken completely but he replied explaining, 'he couldn't help me.'The product is completely unusable and a waste of £20.
