I bought this case to protect me from my phone. I love the iPhone SE, but the metal corners scratch the #%&* out of my fingers.Also it looks like Apple might never release a small phone again so eventually accessories will stop being made and I wanted to preserve my phone's skin.This case has a grippy textured interior which keeps the phone in place, which I thought was great. It's not just flat inside, it's ribbed, but not so much that it's constantly visible either. Just enough to keep attached to your phone better.I got this after hours of searching for a thin, clear case, with a soft touch. I wanted one that would cover the bottom with the Lightning port and speakers because that's where my fingers get scratched the most by the hard corners. This case has small openings for the ports on the bottom, but the rest of the bottom is closed off. Perfect!Also it covers the Apple logo instead of leaving it open like most weird Chinese cases do. Whew, that's a relief. Tired of cases that look like Swiss cheese because of all the holes in them!Normally I think it's stupid to spend $3 to protect a $300 phone and instead I'd usually go for a full Otterbox. Condensation on the inside of the case will collect and cause ACID damage! Did not know that and ended-up causing a long patch of acid damage on the back of my Iphone SE's chassis! :,( This is mostly my fault, which is why I am not counting it against this listing...However the last con is one valid turn-off...Misleading coloring/lighting in picture- Case is WHITE WINE-colored, and NOT entirely CLEAR as it appears in picture. However it's not a good fit. I don't know whether the case is too small, or because the raised lips around the screen are too narrow. They barely wrap over the side edges and do not cover/ grip the phone tightly as should be. My current case is also a slim clear case in rose gold from another vendorthat costs a little more but feels much more secured and sturdier. This is cheaper but definitely not as good as my current one.
