I own 2 sets of behind the ear hearing aids and am looking for a case to keep them in inside my suitcase when I travel. Will it protect them? Thanks

Yes, it is very sturdy and waterproof. It will hold a wallet and a couple cellphones easily, so it should be big enough to fit other things in there as well.

easy to open? we need a case for my 7 year old daughter to put her hearing aid in. we got an Otterbox, but we are sending it back because it is impossible for her to open...is the Pelican easier?

I would think a 7 year old would have little or no trouble opening the Pelican (I have a Pelican 1010). When I get a chance I will ask my 7 year old grandson to try opening and closing it. If he has much trouble I will get back to you. Otherwise my opinion would be that she would be able to operate the Pelican.

Is the foam insert flexible enough to hold a Olympus TG-860 4.3 x 1.1 x 2.5 inch camera

The interior dimensions are 4.37" x 2.87" x 1.68" (11.1 x 7.3 x 4.3 cm). The interior is not very flexible but if your camera is within those dimensions you should be fine.

Does my Sony nwz a 15 fit in it?

The inside dimensions is around 6cm X 10cm, so go measure ya phone.
