It has a little give to it but definitely holds more than 180 pounds. **Q: Hi,What's the shipping dimention of this product?** A: 6'x 24" x 10" **Q: Is this stable enough that the child can do other things besides kips, example: casting, back & front hip circles.....etc...** A: Yes, my child does hip circles and pullovers, etc. You have to have enough height for these. The base bar is not very heavy and if your child is over 90 lbs I would recommend anchoring the base. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sturdy bar *by O***G on July 14, 2019* This is actually a pretty sturdy bar. My daughter saved money for a long time to buy this on her own and I was a little worried it wouldn’t be sturdy because it was a little cheaper than other bars sold on amazon. We received it earlier than expected, it came in two separate packages but both arrived on the same day. The mat was in one package and the bar in another. It was fairly easy to assemble, and very easy to adjust the height. The mat is nice and thick. I do wish the mat attached somehow to the base of the bar so it wouldn’t move around. The mat sometimes slides back and forth if your feet push off the mat when you do a flip. The mat doesn’t move a lot, but it can inch along until you need to set it back in the correct place. The mat is covered with fabric, not that vinyl-type material that other mats are made of, so it’s not as easy to wipe clean. The cover zips off, so I’m assuming it can be washed, but that’s kind of a pain... I’d rather be able to wipe it off and be done. The mat is a nice thickness.
