Complan is a great mix at home drink I purchased the vanilla flavour. It’s fortified with protein and 26 vitamins in minerals have been using it after a illness with milk. Very easy to mix a nice smooth

Great tasting, mix easily and good price on Amazon. Have bought a few of the multi packs - usually vanilla .. very nice! Since I have a very restricted diet and can only tolerate liquids, these have been excellent. I’ve knocked a star off for the amount of sugar in each serving and had to stop buying them due to it.. I’m aware that lots of people will benefit from the extra calories & the energy you get, but sugar form isn’t best for me sadly.

I’ve been unwell for several months and my diet has been extremely restricted. I was recommended complan by a friend and they have been a life saver. They are made with a range of essential vitamins and minerals, and can be used as a nutritious meal replacement. Price on Amazon is fantastic compared to prices in local supermarkets. Lots of flavours available but I personally love the vanilla. Made with cold milk, it tastes like a milkshake. Filling and healthy - a win all round.

I am happy with gaining calcium from this Powder drink. I had been used for two months. Normally I mixed with other ready milk shake. Complan powder is not food replacement. It suitable from children to adult. Drinking daily is essential. I do indoor pilate every day.

I recently had a stomach bug (not too bad), but then almost immediately followed by an absolutely awful stomach bug, which affected me for well over a week, leaving me quite dehydrated and with anaemia, plus extremely exhausted. An electrolyte powder bought here on Amazon has helped much with re-hydration once I was able to keep things down, and I have been able to rebuild my hydration levels with plain water and take a multi-vitamin to recover from the anaemia. However, my appetite has been very poor indeed and I feel 'off' of so many foods, plus some textures/tastes have been triggering. Having some food intolerances really doesn't help either. I remembered about drinks like Complan and researched several and decided to buy the 16 pack of the Vanilla Complan - it was also on offer. I couldn't wait for it to arrive! I had a serving, made up as instructed, and found the taste rather nice, like custard, and drank it back. It made me feel full, which was so nice for once. However, I found that although the milk had been very cold from the fridge, adding the powder, warms it up and I didn't really like how it wasn't properly cold and rather thick, so I am now making it up in advance of when I want it and putting it back into the fridge to chill again, for about 40-60 minutes. Just before having it, I stir it well again and top up with even more milk, so that it is less thick, plus that means I am getting more calories, nutrients and liquid from the additional milk. I find it absolutely delicious like that, as it makes it so much more palatable and more of a meal. It has now been 3 days since I started this and I am definitely starting to feel better, also ate a proper meal as well yesterday, plus some fruit, and managed to consume the right amount of calories that I should be, which is the first time in weeks. Since getting up this morning, I have had so much more energy, than I have had in many weeks. I will definitely be buying more Complan for the coming weeks, to continue to rebuild my calorie intake, appetite, nutrition levels and help to regain weight. I hope this is helpful to others.
