So when I ran out of the usual rice I decided to branch out and try different varieties. This was the first on the list to try and it's wonderful! The package arrived in time to have dinner so we cleared off the meal plan for it. An excellent decision! Made exactly the same way as usual, it came out with a nicer flavor and just all around better cooking than my preferred arborio rice brand. My only complaint is that the box is a bit small, making 1 cup dry rice was a full half of the box. I will be buying it again despite the box size and I look forward to trying it a second time with different flavors added (first was a little lemon and parm, 10/10).
