Digital Cordless Phone L603m

These phones have performed flawlessly. My previous cordless phone set left a lot to be desired. My remote phones are spaced out pretty far from the main base and the old ones would not pick up signal. However, these motorola phones have solved that problem. We have had no problem with connections or signal from the main base. The functions you would normally find on expensive phones are all there. This phone has a very slim and simple look. It doesn't have any fancy bright buttons or lights, just plain white on black buttons with a basic orange lit screen. There's something to be said for simplicity today. For the price, I could not have asked for more.

The phone is okay. The price is cheap, so you can't complain. The sound quality is okay, but it has issues dealing with automated calls. When you are required to enter an option like press 1 for customer service, it doesn't recognize it. Besides that, its a solid phone for the price. So my solution is to use a phone jack splitter and dial through my fax machine. Not ideal, but it works.

Excellent phone set for the price, took them out of the box and charged the phones.Even though mine did not come with a manual it was easy to set all the major functions.Work fine with no known issues. Able to create address book. If you need a basic DECT 6.0phone these will do just fine, Clear tone no static.

These failed after 5 weeks of use. Originally I was very happy with the phones, I make a lot of international calls and the reception was extremely clear until the problems started. The first thing to fail was the outgoing signal, I could hear my contact however they could not hear me, I contacted Motorola directly about this on their help line, using a different phone, the first question they asked was which type of service I was using once I told them I had a MagicJack voip, they told me that these phones will develop this problem when using any voip with the possible exception of Vonage. They did offer to replace the phones but then said it was pointless because the same thing would happen again. What is most annoying is that there is no mention or warning that their phones will not work on voip either on the box, in their literature or in fact in the description on the sellers website, this product is being sold without full disclosure of it's limitations of use. I sent an email Amazon to ask them to put a note of warning about this in the product description to warn other purchasers. yeah like that's going to happen!!!! Please remember you only have a 30 day guarantee and these fail after 35 days, so be warned..

OK product, but... the phone sits too flat in the charger (almost laying flat) which takes more space than standing up. Second, the menu options are not intuitive- hard to find Redial button, Flash button, or understand the "missed call" menu. There are so many engineers in Motorola working on awesome products, this one is not one of their star possessions.

Great simple cordless phone for the money. Function perfectly, looks good, and it came with total of 3 hand sets. The only complaint that I have was the bases are a little too light. Every time you pick up or hang up the handsets, you will move the base. I wish they could put some weight in the base units. But over all, it's a wonderful phone for the money(no answering machine built-in though).

I bought this set of phones for my home and I can say that I am very satisfied with them. The call quality is great as well as the operational distance. I love the speaker phone as well as the paging system. The only thing that I would say might need slight improvement is the volume, I think the max volume for each unit should be a tad bit louder for those noisy moments.
