Product is ok - ok. But packing is poor.

Threads are all jumbled, it’s impossible to untangle this mess 😑

The product I received was as shown - thread is strong, colours are bright enough - overall product in itself is okay. But untangling the threads and the packaging - it's a nightmare. Won't mince words when I say that either you should loop it around on a spool for ease of use, otherwise stop selling the product itself! It took me and my friend 5 hours to just untangle this mess Just understand how frustrating it is for any customer to waste precious hours to untangle 95m of SUCH SHORT INTERVAL MULTICOLOUR THREAD - packaging also comes under product quality Seriously, if this last step can't be taken care of - no point in selling this to customers

The yarns are of good quality and easy to use. We used it to make many wrist bands, and would highly recommended it to whoever is interested in crafting activities.
