It does work with the Audio-Technica PRO-35 Pro Series Microphone, but you do have to remove the wind screen on the mic.  Not generally a problem unless you breathe heavily right down the tailpiece.  The mount does stick out beyond the strings on both sides behind the bridge, but that's no big deal.  I like that it's fast on, fast off.

It holds the mic in a great position to get a clear sound from the instrument and does not cease in tuning or playing problems for the musician.
