Not Oily, Great product
Since 1914, Three Flower Brilliantine Oil. When you applied it on the hand then massage it on your hair, roots out, it leaves the hair, not greasy, it gets very waivy, loose, I have used this product back when I was younger around 10, Im I found it again now I'm 58, I love this product, I can enjoy it now the before works well, small amount of scent, easy to use, look amaginz, dries quickly stay on your hair. I love it. Next will be the cream, I haven't had that one for over 45 years. I'm so pleased they still make this product. I used to remember when my nanny used to take me to the barber, and after each cut, there was the talk by Watkins and the Three Flower Brillantine oil applied to the hair.

Great for women too!
I have been using this product on my short, thick, wavy hair for years. Not only does it do wonders to tame it, but it also imparts a lovely shine and it smells great too! I have seen other reviews that caution against using too much, but I find that a palmful absorbs quickly to wet or dry hair and never looks or feels greasy. I also recommend their styling gel which I use for extra hold and shine.

I'm old school and now have a small Beard and it's always brittle and this works great for me and the fragrance is mild and well received

Wonderful product. Makes hair look shiny, and is easy to apply. Put a small amount on your hand when hair is towel dry. Shame a nasty price sticker was placed over the vintage label. I highly recommend trying this for a different kind of look.

Riecht schön dezent blumig;nicht aufdringlich. Lässt sich sehr gut in das Haar einmassieren. Man braucht nicht viel,ist sehr ergiebig. Klare Kaufempfehlung.

Sent très bon. Je l'utilise associée à du gel. Résultat parfait. Apporte le coté à sa coupe de cheveux. Je recommande.
