I'm a massage therapist and have other therapists that work for me. I like to keep therapy putty on hand for our basket of self-care tools. This particular product is great - it offers a variety of strengths and it's easy to work beads or little items into for added OT style therapy. The putty is not overly sticky and comes completely off the skin, is soft and smooth to the touch, and the malleability truly does differ based on the strength. The color coding is nice. I'd definitely recommend for anyone looking to rehab or strengthen hands and work on dexterity. Great find.

This is a great tool for those that have issues with with fingers or the grip of the hand. This was used in a graduating series for a fractured wrist that was healing. The grip and finger movement improved greatly. This was also used by the hand therapist.

They are pretty straight forward. They do the job. You get 4 different strengths. The containers seen really cheap so I'm a little worried that the putty can dry out.

I was using a similar produce in my therapist's office. This putty compares favorably with professional grade. I have arthritis in my thumb and have worked through the 4 resistances with moderate achievement. The arthritis is too advanced for my situation as I will be getting a new joint next week. I do feel that if I had been exposed to this product sooner that my results would have been better.

These Therapy Puttys are small sized. So I used the different strengths, as my ongoing hand therapy progressed to allow me to add these onto my therapy routine. Not sure if these would benefit anyone who has bigger hands, or, a lady with long finger nails. Though I am recovered from my quite difficult right hand surgery, I still enjoy using this therapy putty " just cuz". 😉🤗 Exercise yes.. Sometimes just a neat little "stress buster" help. They are each 2oz in there own individual container and marked according to strength: Blue: Firm Green: Medium Red: Soft Yellow: X- soft Please know this therapy putty Is Not for children to play with.

I got these because they were suggested for my carpal tunnel and arthritis, I had thought there was more to each of them but they have still been useful. I mostly use the red because it strains me the least for now and I can work with it longer. Hopefully I will work up to using the stiffest one in time. The price was reasonable and they showed up on time and in good condition. The little containers they come in work well too.

This is just the thing that helped my hands learn to grip, bend, and strengthen without redamaging my carpal tunnel and trigger fingers surgeries. It was too small amount in one jar, but loved having four different levels of strengthen to help advance your hand and finger movement. I bought a second set which created the best amount for my hand size and exercise challenge.

It was recommended that I use this for rehab of a broken wrist. It really works well in strengthening that area. I thought it would get dirty really fast and it did not get dirty at all. Would highly recommend this if you need it for therapy.
