My son comes into my room at night and my former table lamp was maybe a bit too bright. This lamp on the contrary has a soft glow and gives my room a warm ambience. With a wave of my hand, I can dim the light or adjust the color. It's also perfect for my late night reads and the fact that it is cordless is a plus. I just need to charge and that's it. I'm getting the same for my kids rooms and I also think it's a great gift option. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice contemporary lamp, decent charge *by J***R on August 26, 2019* I love the looks and capability of the lamp, but the directions are lacking as far as how to fully control the brightness at each setting (3 different "types of lighting" - bright, warm, etc). It's not as intuitive as other lamps I have purchased. It also doesn't hold a charge for all that long. I use it in my classroom and have to charge every other day, though it's only in use for couple of hours each day. ### ⭐ Meh *by S***N on June 9, 2020* It’s MUCH nicer looking and functional in the pictures than it is in actuality. I’m a pretty easy grader on products, but I must admit I was disappointed with this. The touch sensor is impossible to get to dim, no matter how slowly, quickly, close, far, or how many fingers I used I could not get it to dim, had to use the button press for dimming. The touch sensor is SUPER sensitive, anything nearby can trigger it. I’d find this lamp turning on seemingly by itself in the middle of the night. I really wanted to love it, I like the aesthetic that was pictured, but ultimately it missed the mark in materials and functionality.
