My favorite stethoscope to date, between its sound quality, value, and beautiful brass/brown color! I use mine every day for work, and it looks so stylish without compromising quality.

I’ve been using the 3M Littmann Classic III Monitoring Stethoscope 5868 for my clinical practice, and it has been a great investment. The sound quality is excellent, making it easy to hear both heart and lung sounds clearly. It’s also lightweight and comfortable to wear for long periods, which is important during long shifts or classes. The build quality feels very durable, and the design is simple but professional. It works very well for students and healthcare professionals. Overall, I highly recommend it if you’re looking for a reliable and high-quality stethoscope. It really helps me feel more confident during patient assessments.

Bought this for my daughter to use. She has trouble hearing on some stethoscopes. She can actually hear this one! Solved her problem and it’s really pretty

I bought this for nursing school fundamentals course, it is amazing pretty and I enjoyed that I was able to have something of quality and also looked nice. The size was just as I expected and the tubing and ear pieces are nice as well. There is also replacement ear tips incase they get damaged. I have used it a few times to listen to my partners heartbeat and was able to hear it super clear, I can see this being easy to use and learn with in school. I know some say to get a cheaper stethoscope for school but the value of Littmann is unmatched, the warranty is amazing and I have coworkers that have had one for years.

I’m a veterinarian and my dog ate my previous Littman lol so I’m not new to Littmann. Just leaving a review in case someone is on the fence of getting one. Definitely worth it! I got the black/champagne chest piece this time. It’s a beautiful piece

Right out of the box I tried this 3M Littman Classic lll Monitoring Stethoscope without recognizing there is a user's manual in the box. When it didn't work I thought oh no I got one of the duds from the bad reviews but then I thought (brilliantly!) maybe there's a user's manual and I'm overlooking some important detail. So I checked the box and sure enough I found out I was putting the earpieces into my ears exactly backwards and that made all the difference! This stethoscope went from hearing nothing at all to hearing perfectly and even after expecting great things from it after paying $100, it still surprised me how great this stethoscope performs! Do not hesitate to buy this product. I only wanted it to check out my own condition and to listen to other family member's hearts, but any professional looking for a quality stethoscope, this should be what you get. I'd only advise three things....one, read the user's manual, two put them in your ears the RIGHT way, and 3, do not hold it by the smaller circle or you will only hear your hand when it moves, but hold it by the larger circle's rim or the stem inbetween the two and you'll get a very clear sound of what's going on inside your 'victim'. jk lol

Best stethoscope in the game and great price last a very long time and fits perfectly sound quality is awesome.

Classic Littmann in a color combo that won’t be confused with all of the black stethoscopes in the hospital.

Pros: The quality is great, the colour of the tubing and chest piece is very pretty looks even better in person, and it's unique amongst my classmates who have mainly black stethoscopes. Breath, and chest sounds sound nice and clear with this stethoscope in my opinion, I'm a paramedic student and needed a stethoscope to hear breath and heart sounds for physical assessment of patients while in potentially loud conditions and this works great to block out outside noises and isolate the body sounds, its comfortable in my ears. The tubing is lightweight (you can easily wear this around your neck for hours without fatigue). The tubing is very flexible, and it's easy to clean with alcohol wipes. Tubing is long enough to comfortably distance yourself from a patient while listening to breath/other sounds. Comes with a 5 year warranty. And the Littmann app membership included with purchase is helpful for studying sounds. Cons: It's very expensive (I have an MDF one stethoscope that is half the price of this and sounds almost as good, I'd rate the MDF one as a 8/10 and the littmann classic iii as 9/10 sound wise. The major difference for the MDF one is it's a bit heavier, tubing is longer, and stiffer, and it has a double sided chest piece in comparison to this littmann). Also the instructions warn that this tubing colour because its red based will fade or distort if santizied with bleach. Finally, I find the increasing pressure to hear different frequencies chest piece hit or miss, if I push too hard the sound is muted sometimes (I prefer a double sided chest piece with each side designated for different sound frequencies). Overall I would highly recommend this stethoscope to others. However, if your on a budget consider an MDF one. If you found this review helpful please click the helpful button below :)

Good quality

Works well and colours are nice. Downside is the box isn't sealed so you don't really know if it was used but just cleaned up. Also may ship in a plastic mailer with no padding so the box might get damaged, which can be an issue if you're buying as a gift.
