Cho-Pat Bicep/Tricep Cuff, Compression Brace for Bicep/Tricep Tendonitis, Weight Lifting Strains, and Inflammation, Large, Made in the USA

I purchased one for soreness in my left elbow when I worked out and it worked surprisingly well! I purchased a second one for my right elbow just for support while I work out. All I can say is it works great for me. Sizing is a little tricky and had to return the first one for another size.

I have SEVERE Bicep Tendonitis. NOTHING helps. & its so bad that I will eventually need surgery. In the meantime, this has been my only relief. It hurts to even write or type - but when I put this on, it relieves the pain greatly. I will say, I do try not to wear it very often only because I've read that it makes the muscle weaken instead of getting stronger, but my pain is so bad, sometimes I could care less & wear it all day. This is the only cuff/bandage I've seen for bicep tendonitis as well. I got the medium (being an average woman) but not sure I got the right size. It is tight on my arm - which feels good - but it grabs my arm & makes it look very odd. This definitely is not an attractive look. For woman with any tricep flab, be preapred - it'll make your arm fat look horrible. But again - to be out of pain - who cares.

High marks for the product BUT... I'm a 13.5" middle bicep and I purchased the 12.5"-14". Wasn't even close. Purchased the 10"-11" and fits and works great. Went to return the oversized item.... No Returns. I am not sure I've even seen any vendor not accept returns on Amazon. Luckily, Amazon refunded my money and asked that I donate the ill fitting item. Thanks Amazon.. No thanks Medi-Dyne.

Excellent I had a torn tricep tendon and gives great support!

The brace is well made and serves its purpose well except you need to make sure you order the right size to fit both the uppermost part of your arm as well as the lower part. The cuff is not fully adjustable as the upper & lower parts are a set size; the straps simply allow you to apply some additional compression or pressure. I ordered mine larger than I believed was needed and found it to still be quite snug. Overall, however, it does work and brought relief to the tendonitis I have on my lower tricep.

I don't give very many one star reviews but I have to make an exception this product. I strained my Tricep after I went to the gym. Never done that before. It is pretty uncomfortable painful and flat annoying. It made me a little desperate. Don't be desperate enough to buy this like I was. I am not a short guy. 6'1" and this was a terrible fit. I had my wife measure my upper arm 3 times at 3 places and went with the thickest part of my arm. The size chart is so far off it's almost a scam. It's a joke. I didn't believe others who made the claim. Please believe me. This product sucks The band is too small. Period. It's impossible to size it right. By the time I was able to get it on and tighten it up even a little it was pressing on my veins enough that it was causing discomfort down my arm and the veins to stand up. THIS IS NOT RETURNABLE. IT DOES NOT SAY THIS ON THE LISTING BUT IT IS TRUE. $30 down the drain. Stick with a basic strap band and save the headache this mess of a product will cause you.

I used the sizing chart on the product listing. My bicep was in the middle of the "Large" so that's what I ordered. It wasn't anywhere close to being the correct size. I could barely even pull it up over my elbow I can't speak to the effectiveness of it since it was unwearable at the size provided. I will try again with the XL size.

I was a little skeptical of this at first. The pain in my arm has been bothering me for a few months now, and regardless of medications and/or how I adjusted what I did with the arm, it still continued to bother me. This product was the perfect solution for me. I use it both for my workouts and while I'm building a fence, and it really restricts the pain to where I don't even notice it any more. I'm hoping that this cuff will continue to allow my arm to heal fully, while I can still continue to do my day-to-day activities; pain free.

Item was completely wrong with the sizing… I measured this 5 times! Tried contacting customer support to no avail, would recommend dropping 1-2 sizes from what is recommended. $100 down the drain!

Great product , hard to find any where else . I have been using this cuff when needed for 2 years now . Depending on how hard I work will depend on how often I use it , but I'm certain that without it the healing process would take far longer . I find when my bicep is sore the pain radiates elsewhere into my shoulder , and shoulder blade's. Wearing this cuff reduces the pain greatly in all these areas. I highly recommend this Product .
