in case your wondering: this should be about 80 sheets
I was trying to decide which sheet to order from amazon.com ... was hard to tell how many would be in here since the product description does not list how many.. i hand counted them.. and counted 77.... the desc says 200g package.. and the supplier site says each leaf weighs 2.5 grams.. so that should be 80 sheets.. i could have miscounted by 3.. so no biggie.. so to take the guess work out of this prduct.. expect 75-80 sheets... They arrive in a slim resealable ziplock bag.. which i prefer to a box... so that was nice. they appear to be of good quality.

Silver Leaf Gelatin sheets
These are great for thickening anything. I use them so much in stabilizing whipped cream so that it does not weep or turn to liquid after a day or two in the fridge. There are no crystals to dissolve. I would never go back to the boxed unflavored gelatin types. These are smooth and silky results for your most intricate pastries and fillings or frostings.
