For those confused on how this works, there are two pieces of metal that line up one slightly under the other. You slide the flag through the bottom piece and bunch it up at the end until the flag clears the top piece then simply slide it over the top piece and center the flag. It is impossible for the flag, no matter how windy, to come off now. The decorative wrought iron at the top adds a pretty, attractive element. It was simple to install and is simple to use. I have two and am equally happy with both of them. Choose seller where shipped directly by Amazon. Therefore, shipped & arrived as stated above. NOTE: NO hardware included. Will need your own for the (2) holes on the bracket--they are about 3/8" in width. Also, the welding is beyond NEAT!!!! Usually, items like this you expect some sloppy workmanship.
