Depending on the size you purchase, our Waist Trimmers range from 8-10 inches wide. Please feel free to reference the sizing chart provided in the product photos above! If you have any additional questions regarding any of our products, please feel free to send us a message directly! **Q: I am a bigger dude, but not morbidly obese. I found that this did not fit well for me, it fit, but it fit too tight, so I bought a second one and attached them together to make a bigger belt that fits well. It does make me sweat buckets. But does this actually mean anything? The loss of waterweight is a temporary fi…** A: Fat deposits build up in excess where there is a lack of blood flow. For me this is around my abdominal mid-section (love-handles, excess belly fat, etc). This is designed to warm the area and promote blood flow which should also result in increased sweating and fat-loss. So in theory yes it should work for you. Or rather the results should be better than if you went without using it. **Q: Will this control the stomach jiggle and stay put during ALL exercises, jumping, running, kickboxing, etc? Can you see the sweat during exercise?** A: It will help with the jiggle but not control all of it. It does make you sweat but you need to buy the lotion that comes with it. It stays up during exercise but I have a weird shape of body so in one side is loose & in the other side would be tight **Q: Does this lose a lot of your belly fat or just your waist. because I really need to lose my belly fat** A: I have only been using it for a week now, but I think it emphasizes helping you lose belly fat. That's why I bought it. So far, so good. Down a couple inches (in combination with healthy eating). ## Frequently Bought Together - Sports Research® Sweet Sweat Waist Trimmer - Premium Sweat Enhancing Fitness Belt for Women & Men - 5 Adjustable Sizes - Hot Firming Lotion Sweat Enhancer - Skin Tightening Cream for Stomach Fat and Cellulite - Sweat Cream for Better Workout Results - Long Lasting Moisturizing Pre and Post Workout Massage Lotion - Sports Research Sweet Sweat Thigh Trimmers for Men & Women Increases Sweat & Activity to the Thighs during Exercise --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.dk/products/1258575-sweet-sweat-waist-trimmer](https://www.desertcart.dk/products/1258575-sweet-sweat-waist-trimmer) --- *Product available on Desertcart Denmark* *Store origin: DK* *Last updated: 2026-10-07*
