Libellud Dixit Expansion 3: Journey

I'm an organizer for a tabletop-game club and play at local events about twice per week. For years Dixit has been my second-favorite game, and I think it's destined to remain so forever. I have every expansion, and my fellow players all agree: the more expansions you have, the better this game gets. My absolute favorite game? It's Tales of the Arabian Nights, but that's a long game that I simply can't play very often. Dixit is my favorite game that can be played in less than an hour, and it's so much more fun with six players (the maximum) than with fewer that if I can't round up six, I simply play something else until I can.

This is the third expansion I've purchased and I absolutely love it! I love the art style, it's definitely different than the first two sets you can buy which I love because it definitely adds diversity to the game play. This set has some of my favorite pictures in my collection.

Excellent! If you like the early images you'll probably like this as well. There are plenty of interesting cards and the art plays against some of the earlier works so it fits in nicely with the other sets. If you like Dixit and are looking for an expansion than this is a good choice. I strongly recommend previewing the cards on another website - just google for it and you should find plenty of images.

This game is a must for al ages!! I haven't found yet a single person who doesn't like this game... But I think 80 cards are not enough for 5-6 players since they run out almost in a single game and every one want to see new cards all the time!!! So I recommend to buy at least two more expansion that fit perfectly in the main game box. The only thing I didn't like is that the expansion are not cheap at all.

This product is sold as an expansion pack for Dixit Journey. I ordered this in advance of Christmas and the recipient just opened it (past the return window) to find that this product consists of almost ALL duplicate cards to the original Dixit Journey. I would return it if I could. As we really were looking for additional cards not duplicate cards. I would not recommend this if you already have dixit journey and are looking to expand your cards.

Excellent cards, one of the best dixit expansions. I extremely recommend it!

This is also known as Dixit 3. This version is only the cards, but in the US it was originally a stand alone version of the game. The artwork is probably my favorite second to the original. The artist is different (Xavier Collette), and has more of a computerized look rather than a hand drawn look of the original set. The imagery gives great ideas for clues during the game. My one complaint (and why I took off a star) is these cards are noticeably thinner than the original cards and other expansions I own when compared side by side. I was a little disappointed about that. I'm not sure why they used thinner card-stock on this expansion, but when you shuffle them in with the other cards you can't really tell the difference.

Fun addition, it adds more cards to the base game.
