Used to make ganache and it makes such a difference. You can really tell the difference in the final product. It’s very smooth, easy to melt and really nice taste. Worth the money if it’s a special event or if you just want that extra quality

The chocolate nuggets are really good, I love to take few bites as these are low sugar hugh cocoa nuggets. Very good on flavinoids and anti- oxidants. Any chocolate lacking vegetable oils and above 80 percent cacao is a healthy choice. This callebaut brand delivered nicely to what I was looking for. If you are looking for good quality chocolate to melt for baking and other stuff go for it.
