Samsung's Ultimate Triumph
Best legacy phone available, hands down. The Samsung Galaxy Note 9 is still relevant in 2025, boasting both a headphone jack and a micro SD slot, as well as enough internal memory to keep up with modern apps without any slowdown. Screen quality is excellent. Battery life can be a full day with good battery management, but expect to charge midday with heavy use or highest preformed settings. Overall, this device is easily the best value on the market today.

Renewed is the way to go!
Happy with this phone. Couldn't justify going with a Note 10 because the specs aren't that much better and a brand new Note 9 would've been several hundred dollars more. Phone arrived in excellent condition in attractive packaging. Came with a generic charger and a screen protector already on which was nice but I replaced with an upgraded one. Everything about the phone is great. Battery is strong, screen had a small out of the way scratch that disappeared under the glass cover. Just dropped in my sim and ready to go. Only buy a new phone over this renewed one if you just like throwing money away.

Graphics went out 2 hours after I had it
I bought a renewed Samsung Galaxy Note graphics went out 2 hours after I got it after I put in my all my usernames and passwords. in my opinion the boot up screen seems funny like it's a rooted phone and it's not stock. I find a very big coincidence that the graphics went out right after I put in my username and password. After doing a factory reset the graphics look fine. Cant keep the phone because the graphics went out on me with only 2 hours of owning it. Now I feel strange about sending it back to them because of the fact that the graphics card went out right after I put my usernames and passwords. Now I'm going to send the phone back to them after doing a factory reset which I'm not sure is Samsung's stock factory reset software. There's no way for me to know that they're not keeping my usernames and passwords on a file on the phone and after I send it back to them*** identity theft!***

Incredible phone with style, function, and memory!
Set up and transfer was a breeze. Phone was in like perfect condition. 🥰 very pleased. Memory galore. I'm still discovering newer features than my Note 3. It has been with me since 2013, and I thought that I wouldn't like the new ones-- WRONG!!! This phone is great for storage and function, and I appreciate the blue read protection for the eyes. Camera is stellar.

About half the cost of a new Galaxy Note phone - current model. Works well.
Fingerprint reader not consistently reliable but might be dry skin in winter.

Refurbed is serving me well!
I was skeptical about a refurbished phone. But the 90 day money back guarantee expired today and I never had reason to think about returning this phone. It has worked perfectly. About the Note 9 itself, my goodness this is a good phone! Terrific cellular reception, crazy long battery life (three months in and a day's use rarely eats a whole charge, usually plug in at 35% at the end of the day), and it's capabilities of camera, screen, and function are pleasing.

Good phone but great=terrible condition
The fingerprint sensor is damaged and there is SIGNIFICANT damage to the paint around the charging port. The s pen was in the phone but it won't even come out. Not to mention that it just arrived filthy, covered in basically covered in nasty cheeto fingerprints and with gunk in the speaker. There's also a chip missing in the bottom corner. I paid for "great condition" and I seriously doubt this could be considered great. I expected a few minor scratches on the back or something, not a phone that looks like you found it in the couch after a few years of jumping on it.

It is working out of the box.
I get this phone out of the box like new. There is no damage to the phone and everything seen to be working like it used to be back in the day.
