USA Pan Bakeware Muffin Pan, 12-Well, Aluminized Steel

I’ve owned a lot of bakeware over the years, but this USA Pan muffin pan completely stands out. The construction is seriously impressive — heavy-duty aluminized steel that feels solid and never warps, even after dozens of uses. It heats evenly, so every muffin comes out perfectly golden on the edges and soft in the middle — no more half-baked centers or overdone bottoms. The nonstick coating is a dream. Muffins just slide right out without having to over-oil the cups or use paper liners (though you still can if you want). Cleanup is ridiculously easy — a quick rinse and wipe, and it looks brand new. The ridged surface also helps prevent sticking and gives the muffins that professional, evenly baked look. It’s a little pricier than your average muffin tin, but you can tell the difference in quality from the very first batch. I’ve used it for cupcakes, egg bites, and even mini cheesecakes, and it’s never failed me once. If you love to bake and want a pan that will last for years, this one’s worth every penny. USA Pan makes professional-grade bakeware, and this muffin pan is no exception.

I first developed my extreme affection for this brand of cookware when I bought a couple of round pizza pans. They are so amazing that you have to be careful when pulling your pizza out of the oven because the pizza will literally slide right off it, no matter how sticky your homemade crust might have been before you baked it. That's how completely non-stick they are. Slowly but surely, I've been replacing all of my sheet pans with these USA Pans, and now I'm branching out to other bakeware. This cupcake/muffin pan was one of my latest additions. I've had both regular metal and silicone muffin pans, and of the two, I preferred the silicone. However, with a full dozen cupcakes or muffins, that thing was downright floppy, and even though the cupcakes/muffins didn't stick to it as much as they did a metal pan, it was still hard to release them at times. I also hated using liners because they're so hard to peel off baked goods at times. I made a batch of muffins with this pan yesterday and couldn't be happier with my decision to buy this. I didn't grease the pan at all, just poured the batter straight in without liners. Once the muffins had cooled, I nudged them a little bit and they came right out of the pan with nothing more than a couple of crumbs left behind. I had twelve perfectly baked, gorgeous muffins without any fighting with the pan. Cleaning these is such a snap too. Even if residue sticks to them, all you need to do is gently run a wet sponge or dishcloth over them and whatever is on them comes right off. I haven't used this pan yet to make blueberry muffins, but I've roasted berries on my USA Pan jellyroll pan and even the caramelized juice comes right off just by wiping the pan. As if the ease of use isn't enough of a sales point, these are by far the sturdiest pans I've ever owned. They are a little heavier than typical pans, but they don't warp like other, flimsier pans I've owned. They're extremely well constructed, and as soon as you pull them from the box, you'll be struck by the quality. The only downside to these is that you can't use metal implements with them because you risk scratching the coating, and they do have to be hand-washed. I prefer all of my cookware to be dishwasher safe, but for these I'm willing to deal with hand-washing. The thing is, I'm not even a baker. I don't typically rave about pans, but I've told everyone I know about these. Between the non-stick surface, the easy of cleanup, the sturdiness, and the fact that they're made in the U.S., they're pretty much perfect. I now own a total of eight USA Pans with plans to purchase more. Every time I buy one, I immediately want to order another to replace another piece of my old, inferior bakeware.

No overcooked bottoms, no soggy centers. It’s ideal for both savory and sweet recipes — I’ve made everything from banana muffins to mini quiches, and they’ve all turned out beautifully. Care Tips: It’s worth hand washing to preserve the coating (avoid metal utensils), but that’s a small trade-off for how well it performs. Final Thoughts: If you bake often — or even just occasionally — this pan is worth every penny. It’s durable, reliable, and makes professional-quality muffins at home. After owning several brands of muffin pans, this one has: 1) held up the longest 2) ☆☆Holds more batter than ANY of the other brands (more on that below) 3) has proven to be the most non stick...see. details. Capasity : I use ALOT of Sallysbakingaddiction.com muffin recipes. Her directions are a bit different than other baking directions, to achieve higher domed muffins. I like this pan for her recipes due to the better depth & capasity of this pan Example: When doing several extensive on line searches for amount of fluid capasity of EACH muffin well, I found that this USA Made muffin pans held 1 & a half MORE ounces of fluid than almost ALL highly rated very well known brands of non stick pans. Nothing against those brands, other than they just don't hold as much. NON STICK: First, let me say that this USA Made brand has performed far better than all my previous brands in the non stick category. That said, you must realize that ALL non stick pans surfaces have come a LONG way from the early Teflon coated versions. ●BUT ● they are still not fool proof YET. You MUST follow several rules of ALL non stick materials, no matter if it is in bakeware or skillets. OR brand. 1) do not use non stick sprays on non stick pans. Non stick sprays have chemicals in them that wear off ( all) non stick surfaces. I often do butter or grease my non stick pans if I am making a sticky batter . But even then it is super quick & easy to wash. Note: my morning glory muffins and 1 or2 honey or maple and oat muffins are much stickier. So for those recipes I have used a light even spray of non stick baking spray. So far no issues. 2) Sadly, despite the stated claims, Do NOT put ANY non stick pan in the dish washer. it wears off that non Stuck COATING over time. Some non stick coating wear off quicker than others, as in 1 to 2 washings in the dish washer. This USA pan has never needed the dish washer anyway. So after several years of use ( 1 to 2 times a week) I have not needed to put it in the dish washer because it has always come clean quite easily with warm water & soap. And a dish cloth...NOT a green rough scrubby thing. I do ALWAYS dry my pans though. Which brings me to the next reason that can lower a rating.....RUST RUST: Although stainless steel is highly rust resistant, it "can " rust over time if water is allowed to sit on it long enough. So I dry my pans. These are not the cheapest pans to buy, but they sure are the best I have ever owned after trying MANY well rated name brand pans. So i want them to stay that way . Literally 3 years later my USA bake wear pans still look like new.. My favorite thing about this muffin pan is the capisity . It holds the most,( 6oz to the top. 4 oz if filled 3/4 full. allowing alot of versatility in both my baking, and things such as mini shephards pies, or mini pot pies. Great for meal prepping ahead. If you avoid placing these in the dish washer, & use a thin layer of grease IF needed this pan will last many years.

Someone suggested this pan on a cooking video. What a great suggestion! The pan seems very sturdy and durable. (Time will tell how it holds up! So far so good!) It was perfect for baking homemade egg bites! They turned out amazing! With just using a tad of olive oil, the egg bites popped easily out of the pan. Worth the purchase!

This has been the best muffin pan I have ever owned, hands down! I rarely ever write product reviews, but this one has really impressed me. I’ve had it almost a year now and use it almost every week. Not only does it cook the muffins well and evenly, but it also washes up well - I don’t even have to scrub it at all! Just use hot water and even burnt on residue rinses off beautifully. The thickness is perfect for durability and cooking. We store our leftover muffins in the oven and we have accidentally cooked it a few times with some empty compartments, but it has wonderfully withstood even that abuse with no ill effects - no chipping or damage to it. Honestly after using this muffin pan, I will never use any other kind!

You can get addicted to this brand of pans. Expensive but so worth it. I started with just one bread pan. I now have two, a cake pan and now a muffin tin. I never grease them and just keep them washed with a sponge. Nothing sticks. My bread pops out clean, my muffins pop out clean, these are the best pans ever! If I could have one complaint, it’s that the bread pans fold at the edges and stuff can get caught in there, but that’s not a major issue. Just be careful not to soak the pans because water can get trapped inside.

Truly nonstick. No liners no spray just pour and bake. This pan is a little heavy and durable.

As usual, USA pans have fantastic nonstick release, and bake great muffins. Packaging recommends handwashing.

These days, one can’t find deep muffin pans in the market easily. The USA Pan sticks to the old traditional size. No need to grease nor line. Muffins come out like easily. Would not buy other brands they are all SHALLOW CUPCAKE size!
