The tablet is a great size for kids. My 6 year old took it without any issues.

For all the people saying these aren’t for kids, your kid has to learn to swallow pills first. It took my son a bit of time, but he learned and takes these with ease. We also bought the multi vitamin and he takes both. My son is 9. I can tell there is an improvement in his mental health. These aren’t cheweable. If your kid isn’t comfortable swallowing pills then find something else. But to leave a bad review just because something wasn’t meant for you, specifically, doesn’t mean these pills don’t work.

My kid swallows pills and won’t touch a gummy or chewable so this product is a life saver! I have seen improvement in energy levels and behavior. Great product I will continue to use this product. A million thumbs up…

Easy to take and with a pleasant taste for children.

The tablet is very large for what is advertised as a "mini" tablet . It is about the same length as a regular ibuprofen tablet but double the width. My child is experienced with swallowing tablets but he cannot take this one unless I put it in a spoon of apple sauce. Otherwise, the product arrived as advertised. photo is grayish B-complex tablet next to orange ibuprofen tablet for comparison in size.

My kid is very picky about taking vitamins. He took this no problem. It seemed to help his symptoms.

Vegetarian

Do not give this to your child and do not take it yourself. B6 deficiency is extremely rare. No one needs to take this much B6 in addition to food.
