Flexcut Spear Point Small Radius Hook Knife

Works, blade is nice quality. So far it has held up to making spoons out of walnut, oak and beech woods. It has stayed sharp with minimal stropping. Good blade for the price.

The knife cuts and sharpens well. It also has a really good feel to it.

Just started doing some wood carving and this works great on spoons. Very sharp, right out of the box.

They are a b*&#% to sharpen if you let them get too dull! Your carving will be much better in general if you use a strop to keep your tools razor sharp. The polishing intervals recommended by flexcut are no joke. Keep a strop handy, and give them a polish every 20 minutes or so while carving. If you go longer, they are much harder to put a good edge on.

I am very happy with this tool, it was shipped quickly and it arrived in perfect condition. I am having a lot of fun with it, it works very well and is easy to keep sharp. I am right-handed, so is this tool, l draw it towards me instead of pushing it away.
