Is it the same size as a normal helmet or is it smaller?

No it would not be OK because inside the helmet it has a plastic cover where it prevents you from putting on the full helmet unless you rip that out I wouldn’t suggest it but you couldn’t wear this helmet whatsoever it’s only for display
