Muy buen suplemento para ayudar con temas de estreñimiento , al principio dude porque no hizo efecto los primeros días , pero seguí dándole a mi hijo de 4 años y empezó a ir al baño diariamente , ya lleva dos meses sin problema de ir al baño y es un gran alivio porque demoraba en ocasiones hasta 5 días sin poder hacer .
