Good phones, ugly converters.
Phones work great. I removed 1 star because seller doesn't mention that the power adapters included run at 110 volts. Thankfully, 2 65W Voltage Converters 220V-110V were included. Something like this Ax 65W Voltage Converter 220V-110V (3Pin) . They are heavy and look real ugly, spoils the good finish of the phones.

Waste of my money
I bought this phone which works on 110 v. It took a month to get delivered. There was no instruction which converter I should use. After all back and forth drama, seller refunded half price and lost more than four thousand rupees, very bad experience.

Great cordless phone with a loud sound. My grandma had difficulty hearing the ringing of the old VTech cordless phone due to aging and hearing getting worse, but this was the perfect replacement. Comes with all the standard features you would expect, and nice clear speakers and microphone when talking to family/friends. The last one lasted for about a decade so these things are worth the price.

Dad loves them
His old phones had battery problems, seems like hes got the hang of it, hes 73 years old and has no issues using these. Sound quality is good.
