This device is well made, it's small and you can barely see it. I suffer from a 20% conductive hearing loss and i could hear a lot better with this, also my constant muffled sound from hearing loss has gone. The thing is that this is not fit for small ear canal, which i have. I couldn't find any way to make this device fit comfortably in my ear without hurting my ear canal and being in pain. Material it's made of is too hard and doesn't fit my narrow ear canal. I am sure this would be fine for someone with a bigger ear canal, but not me.
