There is a length guide on the back of the packaging, but there's always the option of comparing the current straw to the one you need to cut (just a thought). You may have to cut just a millimeter or two shorter, like I did, because otherwise it fit perfectly snug and I wasn't able to drink any water. For the price and minimal effort, I would definitely recommend this product.
