Maxpedition quality you expect!
I picked up this Maxpedition - MX3526KF. Hook & Loop Zipper pouch to compliment my new Tactical Geek Cache L3 edc sling bag. Lets begin, In no specific order of priority. 1. Maxpedition calls it a Pocket i call it a Pouch, this pouch offers YKK zippers, with dual zipper pulls. 2. Overall size: 3" x 5" x 0.75" 3. Interior contains slip pouch and elastic organizer with 2 divisions 4. Pouch is fully backed with hook which attaches to loop field very well, you literally have to rip the heck out of it, in order to remove it. 5. Water resistant 840 Denier nylon. 6. Pouch has a single seam construction, buts its very well put together, so the durability factor is never in question. Overall im pleased with my purchase and I definitely recommend it, you simply can't go wrong its Maxpedition, you get what you pay for! Quality! This pouch offers multiple applications and uses to help keep you organized at all times. This is my sincere opinion, no freebies or discounts for my review. I'm just helping out our community. Hope this helps....

Good for small essentials
This little bag is perfect for keeping small items like chapstick, mints, pocketknife, meds, etc., together and portable, so you can move it between a workout bag, backpack or messenger bag easily. Opens more fully then many other similar bags. Also, the hook and loop full back panel stays attached to a loop panel very fell. I have no issues with slapping it onto a backpack and walking around with it.

Great pouch for whatever
Great quality pouch. Hook and loop on the back holds firm. Zippers are smooth. Fabric is strong and light. This pouch is available in two sizes that i know. The large pouch has a interal organization flap and two zippers. The smaller one has no organization and one zipper. Both pouches are in the picture. The backpack in photo is a Maxpedition Falcon III in foliage green.

Khaki?? If olives count as "khaki"... maybe.
The pouch is well made over all. I'm largely happy with this pouch, but for two small issues: They should use better zipper pulls. The lame tie-on paracord they use is too long for the needs of a small pouch you put inside another pouch, and the zipper doesn't move well when your leverage is out of angle for the zip. Plus, they give you second-rate paracord. So, I recommend replacing them outright, and then making a loop out of them (completed with a marine-grade shrink tubing). The other downside I note is that this thing is nowhere near the orbit of "khaki". In fact, it's basically olive. If you want to mount this on the outside of a coyote or khaki bag, you will be disappointed in how it doesn't blend. If, however, like me, you're going to put it on the inside of a bag, then it probably doesn't matter. ...which is my case. So, I can only ding them a little for these two issues, as they are minor issues- the first is fixable by the user, and the second is probably irrelevant for most people.

Thin but big
You. need 2 of these - I need 2 of these. They clip onto the inside of my VERTX pack, holds gear or my charging battery & cables. Big enough for a small IFAK on the trail or single-stack mags.

Maxpedition Zippered H&L Pouch.
If you have ordered this product, then you understand the Maxpedition Brand and Quality of items they make. On many different occasions, I have seen different ways that this pouch can be incorporated. It keeps things very organized and together. The hook & loop field on the back, expands the various places it can be placed and the ability of the staying-put power is great. Personally, I use them on my wheelchair to hold a variety of items when needed. I can also connect it into to the other products from Maxpedition that I run. My wish would be for black colored pouch to be available soon. Thanks again Maxpedition!

Perfect 'essentials' pouch
To give an idea of the space in this pouch, I have the Adventure Medical Pocket Survival Kit Plus in the large inside pocket with little room to spare. I also have a small 123 powered LED flashlight, Storm whistle, Eat-n-Tool, Krill light, Windmill lighter, and mosquito head net. The kit is velcroed inside the roll down compartment of my Covert backpack where other larger items are kept. All in all, all the basic survival tools that might be needed are kept nicely in the compartment. The velcro holds VERY tight. When on its own, the hooks will tend to snag on anything from pine needles to fleece clothing. It does make a mess of the velcro, but that does not seem to stop it from working. The double zipper works easily even when overloaded. The zippers do not open all the way and the very bottom of the case isn't easily seen into - perfect to stash a spare magazine out of sight. Inside is a large pocket along the velcro side of the case. Good for something like my pocket kit or a small notebook. On the other side is a wide strap (not sealed at the bottom) that is sewn in the middle to create two holding straps. My windmill lighter fits into the strap nicely as does the headnet. When faced with a large pocket with no real dividers or pockets, this fit the bill to control the smaller items nicely.
