Our Cold Brew Coffee Maker uses a fine mesh stainless steel filter that delivers smooth, delicious cold-brew coffee concentrate, but for those who want an extra layer of filtration it conveniently accommodates these paper filters as well. Includes 50 filters.

Review: Bye bye coffee pods, good riddance! - Makes awesome coffee! Very smooth, no bitterness, low acid. No more wasteful expensive coffee pods that taste average. We still have our Keurig and now mainly use it for dispensing hot water for tea, or to add hot water to the cold concentrate for hot coffee, rather than using the microwave. This is super convenient to make coffee once a week. Once you have the concentrate it's faster to prepare an individual cup of coffee than any other method I know of, no clean up at all. Just one thing that hung us up a bit. The lever seemed hard to move up and down. I thought I had broken it somehow, or I was doing it wrong, even though it looked like it should be easy. We discovered that if you gently pull the lever towards you as you push it up or down it moves smoothly. Don't know if anyone else had this issue, but works great now that we figured that trick out.

**Q: Will these fit the compact oxo cold brew unit?**
A: After buying these I can answer my own question.. Yes they do fit the compact cold brew unit as well.

**Q: Are the paper filters the same size as Aeropress filters?**
A: you can also make your own if you have coffee filters from other systems that you want to use up. There's a paper or bento hole punch that will be the perfect size.

**Q: What is the diameter of the filter?**
A: 2 1/4 inches.

**Q: Has anyone had a problem with the metal filter clogging up and preventing the coffe extract from dripping in to the carafe?**
A: I’ve used this cold brew maker for years and have never had any problem with the filter clogging.  The grounds should be coursly ground. If your grounds are fine that may be the problem.
