Can this be used on small dogs?

It's very dry and dusty here in Arizona. I've used Benadryl cream on my dog for 2 years when he has a sore spot from too much licking or a certain spot. It at least protects and calms it to break him from licking. For ongoing itching over his body I bath him every 2 weeks (the vet said we can bath dogs as often as we want) and then use a hot spot rinse. It helps a LOT then I repeat every 2 weeks. Took me a year to find the right combination. The rinse is a savior. I use Vet’s Best Dog Hot Spot Itch Relief Spray.
