There were some loose ends in the weaving that I had to hide. (I think, these could have been the two reasons why this item was originally returned).I would not recommend this item for a household with cats (unless you are like me and do not mind the cats owning everything in your house). They are using it as their scratcher and because the weaving is not dense it moved down creating an open space at the top (she pictures).The loose ends continue to pop out, for kitties to play (see pictures).The lid is soft (I thought it would be more of a hard surface).With all this being said I only removed one star because it fits to our space well, provides three compartments that I was looking for, I like the color, and it is fun for the kitties. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Laundry *by S***R on Reviewed in the United States on November 21, 2022* Fitted the space in the laundry room perfectly. Lol. It has a funky catnip sort of smell, but I sprayed perfume on it and it’s been fine since.
