there doesn't seem to be out of plumb wall frame adjustment , how is this overcome and sealed

To overcome the problem, 2 persons needed  to mark two holes on the wall parallel to glass section .Drill 2 holes  to correspond with top and bottom holes in the glass. Use the part to secure the glass against the wall.
The manufactures  plastic seal is used at the end of the glass frame.

Is the adjustment on the sides on 20 mm? I need 30 mm, will it work? With the tiles on the wall it has left me with 1070 x 770 only.

Hello.
 I just put a tape measure on mine and the fixed end panel measures from tile to end of panel bracket is 885mm on a 900mm wide tray, 
therefore I would say on it will not work. my panel is tight to the tiled wall.

Can this door sit on the tiled floor I'm not having a white tray thanks

I do not see why not off hand.  The main glass side panels are held in place by wall and floor mounted brackets and the door hangs off of a metal bar that is located at the top of the glass panels.  Therefore, the door itself does not touch the ground but travels a few millimetres above it.  The low level brackets that hold my enclosure are screwed to the top of a shower tray but they could just as easily be fixed to the floor, so long as one is content to have a few holes drilled in the floor to accommodate the screws.  The only potential issue I see is that water running down the inside face of the door falls into the recess provided by my shower tray but if the enclosure were fitted directly to the floor then any water running down the inside of the door would spill out onto the relatively flat floor below and some of it would inevitably run outside of the enclosure a short distance.
