Review: I will seek out Capella Flavor Drops first for any flavor from now on - I purchased these flavor drops looking for a non-sweetened way to add hazelnut flavor to my iced lattes at home without putting flavoring-covered coffee beans through our grinder. I read somewhere that with Capella's 1 drop per ounce was a good place to start, and it was PERFECT. I used 8 drops in my small iced latte, it was AMAZING. I've been adding this flavoring to other foods with success, anything where I want a nutty, chocolatey, or coffee flavor, and it's so incredibly perfect. This is the strongest but most delectable flavor extract I've ever tried. Ever. I also like to try to my flavors straight.... I do not recommend. It doesn't say on the label to do that, so that's on me. But in coffee, in CEREAL, in peanut butter, in cookies, in frosting, SO GOOD! And the fact that I can add maybe 8 drops to a 14oz hot latte is just fantastic. This bottle will LAST. I am here writing this review because I came to look for a third flavor of Capella's to purchase and realized I never reviewed the others I purchased. It's seriously the best flavoring. The only two flavors I do buy pure extracts for are vanilla and almond, but honestly, with the price of vanilla right now, Capella's is giving them a run for their money, and I might just buy a bottle and see where we go. The bottle has a label made of weird paper that feels sticky but isn't.... that's my complaint. That's it. I would give this 10 stars if I could.

**Q: What is the difference between Hazelnut and Hazelnut V2?**
A: The flavor is the same. The V2 version just eliminated Acetoin and Acetyl Propionyl in its formulation.   Capella no longer manufactures the original version.

**Q: 13ml is not alot if it requires several drops to be able to taste it in a 8-10 oz cup of coffee right?**
A: I go with 4 drops in a cup/mug and 6 drops in a 20oz tumbler. 10 in a 30oz tumbler. Seems like it lasts long enough

**Q: How long do they stay good?  I have some left from an earlier diet**
A: They stay good forever, and love this flavor

**Q: does this have oil in it?**
A: I like it and used 3 small drops in each cup of coffee. I do not believe it has oils in it, but I am not a chemist. My bottle says propylene glycol, alcohol carmel color. It states that it is acetone and acetyl propionyl free. I hope this helps you.
