This is working fairly well for me, I would rate it 4-4.5*. It's not as perfect as my best pillow was, which had the noodle combined with memory foam, but most of the time my neck isn't aching like with just memory foam. It’s so comfy and the different sizes in memory foam that they provide you really help when my neck needs more support some times. And I am very picky about my pillows due to the fact that I have had two car accidents within a year of each other. So my neck is really messed up.
