Is this a double sided frame? Can you use a double sided paper in this frame?

It is just for a single sided use. There's a knob on the back to adjust the angle so it could not be used as a double sided piece. We are very happy with our displays!

How do you open the frame to put your poster in it?

All four sides of the black "frame" pop open, the transparent sheet comes out, and you can set your flyer behind it. Then re insert the transparent sheet, and clamp the four sides of the frame back down to secure. The four sides are kind of spring loaded and are very secure. They hold the flyer in place perfectly without it falling.

Can you order replacement plastic covers? Ours have cracked.

Not sure but I'd recommend contacting the supplier directly - they generally can ship to you it's just not something they probably advertise.
