This is very sticky wax so be careful with sensitive skin. I would NOT recommend on sensitive areas such as face, bikini, or under arms.. it does an amazing job for my arms and legs though. I am currently re-ordering these wax refills. I bought mine at Sally's and it came with a large and small wax cartridge. I usually buy the refills for approx. $10-$11 for one of these sizes and a small one. This is def a great deal. I would recommend the warmer over microwave bc it's just too messy. My only issue with this item was the shipping. As you can see in the pics, some of the wax has spilled outside the bottles creating a sticky mess. I will return and repurchase and update my review.
