NightWatcher Robotic Security Light with Camera-LED (White)

It does what it says it does..... Have had mine up for several months now, and no probles at all. I recomend getting a 64GB micro card, and using it instead of the included 1GB. I don't reallly check the stored video unless I need to; the main reason I have this is to use as an deterent. Most people have never seen a motion tracking camera, that was not being manually moved, therefore they assume that they are being watched....... Update..... Not really set up for 64 GB card. Gets kind of sketchy. Use smaller card 8-32Gb... Update #2... unit now has an issue turning the full range of motion. Sometimes it works perfectly fine, others it will not turn it all...... After this purchase, I purchased another light, but without the camera, this light worked fine for a while, but with heavy pet traffic in the backyard, this light appears to have been overworked,and now rarely functions properly. I do stand by my original statement, this light is still FN awesome issues or not. Update # 3 Both lights still work, however on occasion need a little nudge is needed to "free" up a non moving light. Still love both lights.

I bought this unit to install on my front porch in place of a standard light. It was easy to install and works well. It does not connect to your phone, computer etc. You must remove a memory card from inside the unit to see what has been recorded. I installed it most as a deterrent to folks messing about in front of my place. The best feature is that it follows people as they move around in it's line of sight. Also, the night time flood light works very well.

This is one very interesting and unique products I have seen. I bought my first at CostCo, but they stopped carrying it for some of the reasons listed in the reviews. The support and directions are very poor which is very unfortunate. If you stop the movement of the light, your first thought is "that it broke", but all you need to do is to disconnect the power source and then reconnect it for it to start working again. The product is also all plastic, so it will break easily if you drop it. It's seal around the conduit box is somewhat less than adequate (even with the gasket that comes with the product). You can use some outdoor duct tape in this area to solve the problem. The video quality is poor, but most cameras do not have great video quality (so actually is just ok). What they do not tell you is that you will need an electrician to run wiring and a conduit box to the area that you want to mount the light (similar to any other security light). The advantage of this product is that it uses a lower wattage and very bright LED light (vs a halogen light). This product has been a great help from keeping vandals and other unwanted people from loitering around my property. The light is bright and having the light follow the unwanted people seems to spook them.

I've had this unit up and running for a few weeks. The tracking light head is impressive, and also acts as a task light when grilling at dusk outside. Haven't tried to retrieve the videos yet, but if they're good quality and this unit performs well through the winter, I would give five stars.

WOW really thought i was buying a high tech security camera that was going to be durable and accurite with good customer service. Very,Very, Highly disappointed especially with the sellers customer service. After having an electrical contractor professionally wire and mount this device it continues to malfunction daily. To make a long story short stay away from this product,it has way to many glitches it's a great idea,but the technology is Lacking hardcore. I highly reccommend not buying this product please pass on this at all cost.I really didn't want to give it any stars if i could get the seller to return my calls and letters i would take the lost i paid for this and send them there junk back.

Several Car break-ins in neighborhood, this thing not only follows u around and swivels but u can also record your voice saying things like security breach, police have been contacted ect. The Memory card has plenty of storage and deletes itself from oldest on loop. Although it's on motion sensor I put mine on my light switch so I only use at night as I don't want the UPS man freaking out. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

The video recordings are not visible when recording after two weeks on the SD card. SD card must be changed sooner to record. The light Works fine and the motion sensor, but recording not dependable.

This was a great purchase. Easy to put up and easy to use. Only problem I ran into was it was a little hard to see the little led light when you are changing settings. Also the time/date setting screen was a little hard to read. Most of the problem was I was doing it in the bright sun. Toward evening it was easier to read the screen. I would buy this again and tell all my friends about it.
