This is definitely a game changer for old couches or couches that have been damaged by pets. My husband was so ready to throw out our pleather couches that had been scratched/damaged by our furbabies and the pleather was just peeling away. I decided I would give this cover a try in hopes that it would save some money by not having to buy new couches. I had tried another couch cover but due to the odd shape of our couch it did not fit. I ran across this cover and thanks to the previous reviewer's reference pic I figured it would fit my couch. So glad that I took the chance and bought it. I didn't pull the cover all the way down to cover the entire couch because my bratty Male dogs (yes they are all neutered) always pee on the bottom of the couches. So to avoid the hassle of having to continuosly wash the covers I left the bottom part exposed for easy cleaning.
