If you are worried if this product is really Bare Minersls - don't. It is real. I have used this foundation since it it first came out and this is the real formula. I LOVE THIS makeup! It can be sheer with one layer or you can get more coverage using a little more product. Here's the thing though....I have discovered two important factors over the years- 1) it is a moisturizer AND a foundation. So use it as your daytime moisturizer. If I apply my normal moisturizer and THEN use this it feels heavier. If I want a sheer natural look that just covers the redness around my nose and a little bit under my eyes but NOT feel like makeup- then I DON'T apply my moisturizer first. This product offers the perfect amount of moisture. 2) Give it a minute or two to set before you panick that it looks shiny or apply any power, bronzer or blush that you normally wear. I don't know why- maybe it is that whole moisturizing factor. I wash my face, put on a little eye cream and then use about a nickel size amount of this, I rub it between my hands (using just fingers- not my palms.) and spread it around my face just like my usual moisturizer. Then I leave it. I go get dressed or whatever....and in about a minute or two it looks great. Every time I put it on and then look in the mirror I think it looks super shiny. Then I remember to just wait a second. Anyway, it is a nice product. Not too heavy unless you want it to be and add another layer after the first application sets a little. It is oil free. I mean ACTUALLY oil free. Sometimes products say they are "oil free" but they have whatever the "good oils" are that are not supposed to break you out. My skin will get pimples and break out if ANY kind of oil touches it....even the ones that are supposed to help with pimples like tea tree and lavander. I highly recommend this product for anyone who wants to be able to put something on quickly for daily use and have their skin just look like it is naturally smooth and clear. Think of those pictures you see of famous models or actresses walking through the airport with "no makeup" and their hair in a ponytail but you STILL wonder how their skin just looks naturally perfect. Well, this stuff gives you that. Give it try and find the application style that works for you....just be patient at first and don't judge it as too shiny right away. I think you will end up loving it.

Moisturizing for all skin types, but not extra dry skin. Nice tint, nice light coverage. Feels good on skin. Quality product.

Great product- excellent value. It is smooth and creamy and completely natural looking. Only a small amount is needed- start with a pea size dollop and add more if needed. Not runny-thick enough to apply evenly without caking or creating a “mask”. Does not clog pores. I wear moisturizer under it due to dry climate and dry skin. This does not affect the absorbency or coverage. And it is a sun block too!

This is comfortable and not greasy. It gives a bit of coverage, but it is definitely sheer. If you require a lot of coverage, this is not the product for you. I LOVE that is has a physical SPF, not a chemical one. I steer clear of chemical sunblocks: There are too many potential side-effects, as those chemicals are going right into your largest organ-your skin, and then into your bloodstream. It is not inexpensive, if you apply a sufficient-enough amount to give sunscreen protection. That is a consideration. If you prefer more coverage for work, but enjoy a lighter product on the weekends, and days off, this is perfect. I have never tried building it up to see if it offers more coverage, so I cannot give any input. It is supposed to improve one's skin, due to certain ingredients. Unfortunately, I have never used it enough to know if that is true. I work from home, so I often do not wear makeup. When I do, it tends to be minimal, except for special occasions. A friend of mine swears that it has improved her skin, and she wears it daily. There is no weird scent, and the texture is smooth. This product is worth trying.

I was excited to receive this product and try it out because I really needed something that wouldn't make my face as oily as the Garnier BB cream I was using. When I first tried it I was a bit disappointed because it did not give me the coverage I wanted but it grew on me and now I love it. It goes on super smooth and it's so silky and even better, my face is much less oily at the end of a long day at work which is such a big a deal for me. I use this after LIGHTLY moisturizing (sometimes I don't even moisturize) and priming or else I end up looking oily throughout the day since the gel is very hydrating itself. I use my fingers to apply it, wait for it to set a bit, and then use a brush to even it out. If I don't wait for it to dry, I end up with visible streaks on my face. It doesn't cover under eye circles or pimples very well so I use concealer and setting powder. Coming from a girl that does not like to bring attention to her makeup, this product does not feel heavy (no matter if I use extra to get a little more coverage) and I don't feel like I'm wearing mask. I feel like people can still see the real me.

I have religiously used Rare Beauty tinted moisturizer because I was told at Sephora it was the best, but it slides around on my face, I have to role play I have botox and not make any facial expressions or it bunches in my creases, and I cannot wear both of my serums and moisturizer even with primer because it's just not great with it all, and it makes me break out. I bought this last night though and not only do I look even more glowy (without looking oily like I do with rare), but I also don't have to worry about it sliding around my face because it actually sticks to my serums without primer. How well it will hold over time and if it makes me break out is still to be discovered, but I have very dry and oily skin that likes breaking out in painful acne over the smallest changes to my serums or moisturizer, so it's highly volatile skin. But so far I love it. I matched by just holding up my arm to my phone and knowing I have more neutral/warm toned skin and it matched perfectly, which is wild to me because I'm kind of out of the color range for many brands, including Rare. I have a tone of white that has to match to "close enough" But it's either too yellow or too pink for me usually. Bare Minerals has a great match up for me personally though.

Great product! Smooths is easily, feels lite, good coverage!

When I first started using this tinted sunscreen, I loved it. However, as time went on, my skin didn't seem to love it as much. I got really bad milia around my eyes, even when using a smaller amount. It can also be a little difficult to blend. You have to really rub it in, and it dries fast causing it to be little more difficult to blend in seamlessly. My last gripe is that it doesn't always play well with other products. I recently started a new AM skin care routine that works amazing for my skin, but when I apply this sunscreen on top, it now pills and separates. I wish it was better suited for my skin, as I love the minimal coverage. But the ingredients just don't work for me any more.

I have been using this product for years and I love it it really hydrates my skin at the same time giving it a nice coverings day glow to my skin. When my package arrived it was not the correct colour that I ordered but having said that I am still able to use it as I have an olive colour skin I ordered a medium tan And received ginger .For this reason I will not be ordering from this particular seller again as I would I would like to receive the colour that I actually ordered.

Es mi skin tint favorito. He probado todos y nada se compara a este, ideal para uso diario con spf. El tono es exacto, se funde con la piel. En Amazon lo encuentro siempre más barato que en otras tiendas.

This is the most amazing tinted gel & I can’t do without it for a day. I totally loved it and I was skeptical if this one will be the same as the one I bought from US but thankfully they are both the same. I use both together and there is no difference. I always keep one extra so that I have them handy during travel etc.
