Does it come with battery

It come with its own battery and a charger. it's not a typical battery - like a C or D battery

I just purchased this sweeper. The battery has been on charge and red light is still on after 12 hours. Could it be a faullty charger?

On mine, it still stayed red but I took it off and used it until it run out again. I have 2 batteries and keep both charged as I use the sweeper nearly every day and love it. I also bought 3 more as gifts and all like them.

My battery charger looks like its not charging? I can't get it to work? Should I return it?

I’m one my third or fourth one of these sweepers as I replace them as the get old & don’t work as well. It is a great little sweeper as it picks up more than I thought it ever would for only 39.99, and it lasts more than a year so I feel I’ve gotten my money’s worth as I use it daily. We are used to charging things but this is a little different as it only need 6 hours & it doesn’t indicate that it’s fully charged. But the timer idea is a good one or like me you can plug it in 4-6 hours before going to bed & then unplug it before going to bed As for the charging, I prefer to use certain sockets versus others as the plug seems tighter & it holds the charger & battery in place better. Other than that I’ve never had any problems with any of them except for when they start getting old & I have to buy a new one.
