It’s nice but…
I waited almost a month for this, snapped it all together and realized the feet are the terrible. The stand is great don’t get me wrong, metabo sends black cups that split and break to support this stand. Horrible design feature, I replaced them with cut tennis balls and it works fine.It flips and stands perfectly!

This thing is bad @$$.
I dont know what the rest of these guys got but mine is awsome. I have used a few different setups the dewalt stand is the biggest pos of them all not so much the stand but the mount the plastic thing that hold it to the stand were not built to last very long. But this stand is super beefy. love the wheels make carrying my saw around fun.

Beware of packaging flaw that happened more than once.
There seems to be a packaging flaw. I original purchased this from a local home improvement store. When I opened the box, I found the square tubing at the end of the support arm extension, that the support assembly is supposed to go in, was pinched so bad that the support assembly would not fit in. I called Metabo HPT and asked if I could just get a replacement part. They said no, so I returned it to the store. They didn’t have any more in stock, so I ordered from amazon. The square tubing was damaged AGAIN on the same end. It wasn’t as severe and I was able to pry the square tubing out enough for the assembly to fit. Very frustrating to purchase something new twice with the same defect. (Photos of the square tubing section after I pried it out to fit are attached)That being said, it it’s a nice sturdy stand that was easy to put together. That square tubing piece just isn’t protected in the packaging.

Good stand for the most part.
This stand seems like it will do the job for me. One caveat though is the hard plastic tips on the leg caps. This unit has 8 plastic leg caps. These leg caps are extremely brittle and some have cracked and fallen off when setting up the stand for use.

See this in person before buying.
Product arrived 3 days late even though the shipping invoice specifically stated to the shipper the day it was to arrive.Box had been dropped, one of the grommets was missing, one broken.Product is easy to move in the wheel position but will be a bear getting into my truck when I need to transport. Constructed of steel tubing, aluminium would have been nice especially for the price.Brackets that hold saw to frame are difficult to attach to the frame. Not impossible but very little thought involved engineering how it is put together.I decided not to return as it will be usable.I doubt I will ever buy anything Metabo again. Got the mitre saw for Christmas and bought the stand myself. We shall see how the saw holds up.Sorry this post is so negative but I am not at all impressed with the quality or workmanship of this product.Pay a bit more and buy a DeWalt instead.

Bad Clamps!
Stand is just fine. Clamps however totally suck. Clamps break, saw fall and gets damaged!! Real poor. And is only clamps I know of that will fit this stand. I can't even find new clamps!!!
